📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our TikTok Shop storefront, ensuring it aligns with our brand and drives customer engagement.
• Create and curate engaging content for TikTok Shop, including videos, images, and product descriptions.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve sales performance and customer acquisition.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the e-commerce space.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive conversions and customer retention.
• Monitor and analyze TikTok Shop performance metrics to make informed decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in TikTok Shop and digital marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably with TikTok Shop.
• Proficient in using TikTok Shop Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
