• Oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
• Lead and manage a team of technical experts, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the technical implementation of projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide technical leadership and expertise to the organization, contributing to the development of technical strategies and policies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the technical implementation of projects, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, such as engineering, project management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of leading teams to success.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Certifications in technical project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar, are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
