📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our financial products and services.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and ROI.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial services marketing.
• Assist in the development and execution of communication plans to ensure consistent messaging.
• Provide regular reports to management on client interactions and marketing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Proven experience in client relationship management and account management.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
