📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures for confined spaces.
• Conduct risk assessments and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on safety practices.
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure that safety measures are followed on-site.
• Investigate and report on safety incidents and near-misses.
• Maintain and update safety documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in EHS or a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Certified as a Confined Space Entry Technician or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Indonesian and international safety regulations and standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using safety management software such as SAP or similar.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
