Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our online store using Shopify or similar platforms.
• Create visually appealing product listings, including high-quality images and compelling descriptions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, including our website, social media, and email campaigns.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage promotional campaigns, including social media ads and email marketing.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices to ensure our online store remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• Proficient in using Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
