📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.
• Utilize SAP and JDA software to streamline logistics processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.
• Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
• Work closely with the procurement team to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of performance and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing or high-tech industry.
• Certification in SAP or JDA software is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
