📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of dies to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and repair dies to address issues such as wear, tear, and malfunction.
• Implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of dies.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless operations and address any issues promptly.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards to ensure the safety of the workforce and the integrity of the products.
• Conduct regular maintenance logs and reports to track the condition of dies and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in dies maintenance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our dies maintenance processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in dies maintenance and repair.
• Proven expertise in using tools such as CNC machines, milling machines, and grinding machines.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices in dies maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the production team.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Certification in dies maintenance or a related field is a plus.
