We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our multinational company in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and driving operational efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that targets are met.,Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.,Implement and enforce safety protocols in the workplace.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.,Maintain accurate production records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
