📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full lifecycle of brownfield projects, from planning to execution and delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure project success.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure project quality and adherence to specifications.
• Prepare and present project reports, including financial and technical data.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on brownfield projects in the Mining, Resources & Energy sector.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy infrastructure and sustainability principles.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
