📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the processing plant.

• Conducting regular safety inspections and audits.
• Monitoring and maintaining equipment and machinery.
• Leading and mentoring the processing team.
• Ensuring the quality of processed materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the resources sector.
• Strong knowledge of processing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to safety and environmental protection.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver's license.
