Tunas Gemilang Works is seeking a dedicated and experienced Poultry Farm Supervisor to join our team in Batang, Central Java. In this critical role, you will oversee daily operations within our poultry farms, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our team of farmers and staff to maintain high standards of animal health, welfare, and productivity.

As a Poultry Farm Supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring feeding programs, disease prevention and control, and vaccination schedules. You will also ensure that all farm activities are carried out efficiently and safely, adhering to best practices in poultry farming. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the poultry farm, including feeding, watering, and cleaning schedules
• Monitor animal health and welfare, implementing disease prevention and control measures
• Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
• Develop and implement feeding programs to optimize animal productivity and performance
• Conduct regular inspections to assess farm conditions, equipment, and infrastructure
• Train and supervise farm staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of work
• Maintain accurate records of farm activities, including animal health, feed usage, and production data
• Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in farm operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in poultry farming or a related field
• Strong understanding of poultry nutrition, health, and disease management
• Experience with poultry farming software, such as AgriSoft or FarmSight
• Knowledge of Indonesian poultry farming regulations and standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and supervise staff
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 30 kg
