📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage online licensing applications for businesses and individuals.
• Verify and validate submitted documents to ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Coordinate with various government agencies to facilitate the licensing process.
• Provide customer support to applicants, answering queries and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all licensing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles, preferably in a government or licensing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with government licensing processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Willingness to travel to different government offices as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
