📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Sourcing and attracting high-quality massage therapist candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
• Conducting initial screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and our clients.
• Assisting in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for both candidates and clients.
• Maintaining a database of potential candidates and tracking the recruitment process.
• Providing regular updates and reports on the recruitment status to the team.
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and clients.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the recruitment efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in the wellness or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of success in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the massage therapy industry and its requirements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
