📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and other networking equipment.

• Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement and maintain IT solutions.
• Document all technical activities and maintain accurate records of hardware and software configurations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT field engineering or a similar role.
• Certifications in networking technologies, such as Cisco CCNA, CCNP, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
• Proficiency in using IT management tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or Wireshark.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting and repair.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
