📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of luxury villas, including high-end rooms and suites.
• Manage linen and towels, ensuring they are clean, fresh, and available for guests.
• Maintain and restock amenities such as mini-bars, bathrooms, and kitchens.
• Inspect villas for any damage or maintenance issues, reporting them to the property manager.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure consistent high standards of cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest requests or concerns promptly.
• Follow and adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting.
• Familiarity with cleaning and maintaining high-end villas, including knowledge of specialized cleaning products and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly and professional demeanor, with a customer-focused approach.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
• Availability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
