📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests at the fitness and wellness reception desk, providing information on available services and facilities.
• Handle bookings, cancellations, and modifications for wellness classes, personal training sessions, and spa treatments.
• Process payments and manage guest accounts using our in-house system.
• Ensure a welcoming and professional environment by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the fitness and wellness team to coordinate guest schedules and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
• Promote and upsell resort amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Assist in organizing and managing the reception area, including inventory and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests of diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and guest management software.
• Familiarity with wellness and fitness industry terminology and practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for health, wellness, and creating memorable guest experiences.
