📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support to clients, ensuring their digital workplace runs smoothly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Assist clients with setting up and configuring their digital workplace environments.
• Document and track support requests and resolutions.
• Collaborate with the support team to continuously improve our services and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital workplace support.
• Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
