- Monitor and track customer invoices to ensure timely payments
- Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to improve the billing process
- Use industry-standard tools like QuickBooks, Salesforce, and SAP to manage receivables
- Generate and analyze reports on receivables to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Work with the finance team to develop and implement strategies for improving cash flow
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the finance industry
- Provide training and support to other team members as needed
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, particularly in customer billing and collections
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with QuickBooks, Salesforce, or SAP is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Fluency in English is a plus
