📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to understand training needs and provide solutions.,Maintain records of training programs and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process by providing training needs analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training management software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Certification in training and development is a plus.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms is a plus.
