📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sales and attract new customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they meet performance standards.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
