CV Raya Putra is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our shop, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately. If you are passionate about retail and have excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide product information.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Restock shelves and manage inventory levels.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Work with the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Assist in the preparation of daily reports and sales data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and software is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
