In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our SAP SuccessFactors and Business Intelligence Platform and Orchestrator (BIPO) systems. Manage and optimize SAP SuccessFactors and BIPO systems to ensure high performance and reliability.,Lead the implementation of new SAP SuccessFactors and BIPO solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.,Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the SAP SuccessFactors and BIPO systems.,Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain system health and availability.,Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide strategic insights for system enhancements.,Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and troubleshooting guides.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP SuccessFactors and BIPO technologies, and recommend improvements to the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and BIPO systems.,Strong technical skills in SAP SuccessFactors and BIPO, including system configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.,Experience in managing and optimizing enterprise-level systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proven ability to provide technical training and support to end-users.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
