📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality control tests on concrete mixes and construction materials to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.,Overseeing the quality control process and providing guidance to junior engineers and technicians.,Maintaining and updating quality control procedures and documentation.,Inspecting construction sites to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.,Collaborating with project managers and engineers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Conducting training sessions for staff on quality control procedures and best practices.,Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives.,Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control for concrete and construction projects.,Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quality control.,Proficiency in using quality control equipment and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability practices is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various construction sites.
