In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our healthcare professionals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to improve the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate solutions.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the organization's strategic goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare education and training.,Provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff members to support their professional development.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare, education, or training and development.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant training technologies.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.
