PT Bangka Belitung Mining & Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Internal Audit & Compliance Analyst to join our team in Pangkalpinang. This role is crucial in ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as conducting internal audits to identify areas of improvement and risk. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing and compliance, with a proven track record of successful audits and compliance initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and implement compliance programs to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.,Monitor and report on compliance activities to senior management.,Lead and mentor junior auditors and compliance analysts.,Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.,Analyze audit findings and develop corrective action plans.,Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance and internal control procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing and compliance.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly those related to mining and resources.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with audit software and tools is a plus.
