📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs that align with our company's objectives and values.
  • Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.
  • Conduct needs assessments and training evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of our training programs.
  • Mentor and coach junior instructors to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver successful training sessions.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that our training initiatives are effective and engaging for our employees.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our training programs are current and relevant.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our training strategy.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an instructor or trainer in a corporate or educational setting.
  • Proven track record of success in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and training management software.
  • Ability to travel as required.
