📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems and infrastructure for Oil & Gas and Power Generation projects.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.,Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure the safety and efficiency of electrical systems.,Collaborate with stakeholders to address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.,Mentor and develop the skills of junior engineers and technicians.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Power Generation industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing electrical projects from conception to completion.,Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety regulations.,Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with project management tools and software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.🛠️ Keahlian
