📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives,Coach and mentor the development team on Agile practices and principles,Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress,Ensure the team adheres to Agile values and practices,Track and report on team progress and metrics,Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize the product backlog,Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,Certification in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or Lean,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach,Experience working with banking or financial services clients,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Agile tools and technologies such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello🛠️ Keahlian
