📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and increase sales and revenue.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and meets all health and safety standards.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or food service establishment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and vendors.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, and the ability to apply this knowledge to drive sales and revenue growth.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
