Shop Global Indonesia is a leading e-commerce platform in Indonesia, offering a wide range of products to customers across the country. We are looking for a talented and passionate Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer satisfaction by providing excellent product knowledge and support to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide product knowledge and support to customers to ensure they have a positive shopping experience.,Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.,Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and implement sales strategies.,Attend trade shows, events, and other promotional activities to showcase our products.,Provide training and support to junior sales consultants as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong product knowledge and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and sales tools is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
