📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.,Check guests in and out, and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle and manage mail and packages.,Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Ensure a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Professional and polite demeanor.
