📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Design and execute test plans and test cases for banking and insurance software products
• Identify, record, and track software defects
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure software quality
• Perform regression testing and ensure software stability
• Stay up-to-date with the latest QA tools and methodologies
• Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements
• Conduct performance testing to ensure software scalability
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in QA, with a focus on banking or insurance software
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools
• Experience with automated testing frameworks
• Familiarity with SQL and database testing
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
