📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure they are communicated effectively to all stakeholders.,Oversee the work of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that they meet project requirements and quality standards.,Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.,Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.,Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure that projects are aligned with the overall business strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and engineering.,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.,Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the industry.,Ability to travel as required for project-related activities.
