In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing pastry recipes, ensuring the quality and consistency of our products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute pastry recipes to meet quality standards and customer expectations.,Prepare and bake various types of pastries, breads, and desserts.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Participate in product development and innovation initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
