📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
• Qualify leads and gather information to help the sales team follow up.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Communicate effectively with customers to build rapport and address their needs.
• Use CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot to manage leads and track sales activities.
• Maintain a high call completion rate and meet or exceed daily sales targets.
• Provide regular reports on call activities and sales performance.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a high standard of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and remotely from Bali.
