📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the insurance business.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.,Lead and mentor a team of operational managers and staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.,Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize potential losses.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in operational management, preferably in the insurance industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing operational processes.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational management tools.,Understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
