📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide first-line IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and availability.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of IT issues.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.,Provide training and guidance to IT staff on new technologies and best practices.,Stay up-to-date with emerging IT trends and technologies to ensure our IT infrastructure is always current.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of relevant IT certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, is a plus.
