📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage service, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.,Manage and train a team of F&B staff to deliver excellent service and maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.,Develop and implement service standards and procedures to ensure consistent performance across all service areas.,Monitor food and beverage inventory levels, and place orders to ensure adequate stock levels.,Work closely with the kitchen and other service departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Handle customer complaints and feedback, and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B service management, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing F&B service operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.,Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
