PT Giri Hijau is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Warehouse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in warehouse management to gain valuable experience in a growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Oversee inventory control, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warehouse activities.,Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
