PT Permata Lestari is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Internal Auditor to join our team in Gowa. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in internal auditing to gain practical experience and develop their skills.

In this role, you will assist in the planning, conducting, and reporting of internal audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. You will also work closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of internal audits.
  • Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to management.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.
  • Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of internal auditing principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant audit software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
