📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Assist in the development and implementation of departmental strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular sales audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and a cohesive shopping experience.,Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with fashion trends and market dynamics.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
