📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.,Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales plans.,Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and threats.,Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management.,Manage and track the performance of business development initiatives and campaigns.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
