PT Otoman Inti is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations in the Pematangsiantar region, ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site and remote work, offering flexibility and the best of both worlds.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Pematangsiantar region, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction in the assigned area.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations in the assigned area.,Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor the quality of our products and services.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the sales or distribution industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with the retail or distribution industry, preferably in the Pematangsiantar region.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
