Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.,Previous experience in a multinational or international company is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
