📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all culinary operations and ensure high-quality food service.,Develop and implement menus and recipes.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Control food costs and inventory.,Plan and organize special events and catering services.,Represent the company at food-related events and functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of culinary trends and techniques.,Valid food handler's certification.
