📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement menu items, ensuring they meet quality and customer satisfaction standards.,Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and service.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients to minimize waste.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to hygiene standards.,Ensure all food is prepared and served according to set timelines and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
