📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing the retail store operations, including stock control and inventory management.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Support the team in achieving daily sales targets.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve store performance.
  • Assist in training new team members and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting sales reports to the management team.
  • Participate in store promotions and special events to boost sales and customer engagement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Proven ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with basic inventory management and sales techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be willing to undergo a background check.
