Cafe Yoga Shop is looking for a talented and experienced Deputy Finance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our business and ensuring that all financial activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will work closely with the Finance Manager to develop and implement financial strategies that support the growth and success of our business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to financial reporting and accounting.,Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the growth and success of the business.,Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure that all financial activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Provide financial advice and guidance to other departments as needed.,Monitor and manage the company's budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and documented.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a financial or accounting capacity.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis.,Proficient in the use of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound financial decisions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
