📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in quality control checks.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Assist in special event preparations and catering services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook or Deputy Cook in a similar role.,Familiarity with Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Basic knowledge of inventory management.,Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
