📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Assess employee performance and provide feedback.,Coordinate with the Training and Development team to ensure the success of training initiatives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the planning and execution of training events and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technologies.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
